Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the collectible nature of stamps and coins, we have specific return conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in their original condition, unopened and undamaged
  • Original packaging and certificates of authenticity (if provided) must be included
  • Custom orders and specially sourced items are non-returnable

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been removed from protective cases or holders
  • Graded items with broken or tampered seals
  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced collectibles
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Retain proof of shipment until refund is processed

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging
  • It will be solely at our discretion and judgement to decide whether the item is damaged or shipped incorrectly.
  • If the item was not shipped in a damaged condition but was subsequently damaged than no return & refund will be processed.
  • We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement, including original shipping costs

6. Authenticity Guarantee

If an item is found to be not as described or not authentic:

  • Contact us with supporting documentation from a recognized authentication service
  • We will provide a full refund including return shipping costs
  • Authentication fees may be reimbursed at our discretion

7. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Items must be declared accurately to avoid customs issues
  • Processing may take longer due to international shipping times

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
