We offer domestic (India) shipping only as of now.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during:

  • Peak seasons and holidays
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Custom or special orders requiring authentication

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information when available.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order value

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Check our homepage for current offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost:

  • Contact us immediately if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days 
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package
  • If the package cannot be located, we will file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged items immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved
  • We will work with you to file a claim and arrange for replacement or refund

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped
  • Additional fees may apply for address corrections or package rerouting

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment
  • If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee
